Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale yellow with a natural haze; cloudy due to suspended ginger particles, highlighting the use of fresh, unfiltered ingredients.
Nose: Ripe pineapple pulp dominates the nose, lifted by citrusy top notes and warm undertones of freshly grated ginger.
Palate: Medium-bodied with a juicy mouthfeel. Bursting with vibrant pineapple flavour that leans toward the tropical and slightly tart, counterbalanced by a warming ginger zing that builds gently mid-palate.
Finish: Lingering and gently spiced, with a soft ginger tingle rounding out the bright fruit-forward profile.
