Why? Because it’s so pleasant, so convivial, and so open, it can be mixed in infinite and infinitely exciting ways. Try it with water. Still, sparkling, soda or tonic. Try it as a mixer. Anything goes. You can even try it with meals, in desserts, in recipes and reductions.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
In the spirit of inquiry and expression, our four original flavours are the result of months of researching, testing, experimenting and, ultimately, eurekaring. They are unlike anything we’ve seen or tasted before:
Karoo Moss
- Ingredients
- Method
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) OKUSHAL PRICKLY PEAR & MINT
- Tonic water
- Add sugar, mint, lime and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds or until mint has bruised and crushed through the sugar.
- Pour into a serving glass and serve topped with tonic water and garnished with edible flowers and ice.
